This is a genuine authentic Vivienne Westwood dress from spring 2010 / 2011 collection 

The style is a classic wiggle dress with an extraordinary twist.

The neckline has multiple drapes and sits on the edge of the shoulder, a cinched in waist gives the drama for the skirt that once agin has unconventional folds and peaks .

The back of the dress mirrors the front with folds .

The arm openings are generous
