We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Returns and Refunds
1.1. We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
1.2. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind purchases at our discretion.
1.3. If the item(s) you received is damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to arrange for a return and refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
2.1. To return an item, please contact us via email or phone to arrange for a return.
2.2. Once we have received the item(s) and verified that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
Shipping and Handling
3.1. The cost of shipping and handling for returning item(s) is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received is damaged, faulty or not as described.
3.2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
Cancellation
4.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy.
