Shipping Policy for GoJo Recycled Store 

We ship between Tuesday and Friday, and only within New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

For orders within New Zealand, we use either NZ Couriers or NZ Post depending on your delivery region. Shipping times vary depending on your location and delivery method chosen at checkout. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and the delivery address provided at checkout. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred for orders shipped outside of New Zealand.
