The 70’s Dinner Party Size 10/11

This striking 60’s /70’s dress was worn by our clients mother she remembers her wearing it when she was hosting dinner parties.. all night long 

It was made for her by a local designer in Timaru at the time Justin, so much amazing history this us the first time this dress has been for sale since.

The fabric construction is remarkable as it features a black quilted skirt with the same stitch  technique replicated on the neckline and cuffs, comes with a belt . 

The bodice feels very silk like due to the era there are no fabric labels .

This is a wonderful winter dress as the skirt is a padded quilted fabric .

Condition Excellent the bodice has a smudged appearance on the fabric this dress has been hand washed.
