Red Velvet 80’s Whimsy Rose Dress Size 12

This is an extremely rare one off dress that is a collection of lace, velvet, tie-dye and corseting that is synonymous with the 80's  whimsical bohemian hippy fashion.
It features elongated sleeves, medieval inspired waistline gathering detail and a black rose fabric on the skirt component of the dress.

There are button fastenings on the back panel of the dress and the corset detailing at the front is purely decorative (not a functional corset). 

Condition: Very Good. The only noticeable wear is in some slight tufting of lace around neckline and an area on the button seam at the back which has been repaired see photo 

Fabric: Feels like a Rayon velvet 

Shown on a 12-14 it’s a bit small can’t be done up at the back 

Measurements: Chest - 88cm. Length - 116cm. Waist - 76cm. Sleeves - (at longest) 71cm / (at shortest) 31cm. 

Fabric: No textile label velvet
