Jessie Pink Robe Size 10

This is the only one of these dressing gowns I’ve seen in all the years of the shop.

Made from candle wick fabric (a soft pile towelling fabric), frequently used for bedspreads up to the 70’s this may have been crafted from one. 

The style is distinctly 50s because of the nipped in waist and full skirt silhouette.

Condition: in good condition for its age - some fading (predominantly in the front). We wondered if it had been dyed 

Materials: no materials label. We would say this is made of a type of terry towelling/candle wick bedspread fabric. 

Size: no size label. We’d recommend this for a size 10 women’s.

Hips: 96cm. 

Waist: 76cm. 

Chest: 86cm. 

Length: 137cm. 

Brand: no brand label. Possibly handmade.
