A gorgeous home made retro dress probably by design from the 70’s with a vintage 30’s tea dress feel.

A soft frill neckline creates a cape sleeve, the waist is slender, the skirt has a two long length peplum layers.

This dress is very floaty the way the sleeves and the generous layers behave.

Fabric : feels like a rayon / viscose no labels home made

Condition : Overall good , there are some random fade marks at the side hem line, there is a lot of fabric to the skirt so it does get absorbed.
If you want perfection this is not the dress for you .
