Cleopatra Large brooch

This stunning 50’s / 60’s era  brooch has a large faceted glass stone often referred to as a cabochon in a deep blue/  purple colour.

The large oval stone is set on  gold toned brass frame which consists of tear drops that move,  the circumference has an open work filigree frame 

The back has a slide over clasp

This is simply stunning 

All the jewellery in this collection was from the original owner .

Condition : there is some scratches to the reverse which can be seen close up on the brooch from the front . Bearing in mind the age it is in great condition
