90's/early y2k era black gown with a flocked velvet embellishment along the bottom of the hem and running diagonally across the waist. 

This dress has all the minimalist, simplicity of the late 90's and early 2000's and still feels incredibly modern. 

The dress is a stretchy polyester, slip on style and is indented to hug your figure. 

Made in Australia by Chelsea Design.

Size: 12 - there is some scope in the size of this dress sue to the stretch in the polyester.
