This is the most resplendent shimming golden gown from the early 1970’s made in NZ by Salon Celia, the name says it all .

The ornate gold fabric shimmers and shines that adds structure and volume to a gown that was designed to stand out.

A fitted bodice that comes with a modesty square that can be placed in the front in place of a plunging neckline. A super deep waistband creates the space between the bust and the volume of the gathered waist skirt. The front section has been left flat for a flattering fit.

The cuffs are super deep with a six button closure

Note :  this is a very high quality fabric and is not hard and scratchy 

Condition overall excellent some age marks on the inside of the zip the dress has been laundered by hand washing . The modest panel is pinned in not sewn .

Fit tip : this dress has a wide waistband that starts under the bust I’ve added this measurement because it won’t suit some one with a long torso .

Bust : 86cm Waist 76cm length 145 cm 

Shoulder to under the bust 31cm the waist band is 10cm deep so from shoulder to waist will be 41cm
