An American retro, dress with incredible 90's springtime energy. the top half is a lightweight denim long sleeve button up shirt style with a tie at the back to synch in the waist, with a light and flowy full length, rayon skirt in a classic 90's block print that is also repeated on the collar of the shirt

Condition: overall excellent, there is a a small mark on the under top of the shirt but cannot be seen once the shirt component is buttoned up.
