An extraordinary 1970's era, cascading ruffle blouse with a wide square collar, that flows into a large front frill that decreases at the waist .
The sleeves have dramatic large frills at the cuffs, white lace Ric Rac is used to decorate the edges.

The  ruffle is repeated at the waist. 

Made in New Zealand by Grapevine
